Processing Time
Each order is prepared with care, and processing times may vary depending on order volume.

Shipping Times
Once your order ships, delivery times vary based on location and carrier. Please note that postal delays can occasionally occur and are outside our control.
- U.S. Orders: 2–14 business days
- Canada Orders: 1–5+ weeks
- International Orders: Varies by destination
International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide except to the European Union.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid to your local postal service or customs office upon delivery.
We are unable to predict or reimburse these charges.
Customs Delays
Occasionally, customs inspections can delay international deliveries. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays, but we appreciate your patience while your order makes its way to you.
Combining Orders
Because each order is processed separately to ensure timely shipping, we are unable to combine multiple orders once they’ve been placed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package seems delayed or hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, please reach out to madisunmade@gmail.com with your order number.
While we can’t take responsibility for packages lost or delayed by the carrier, we’ll always do our best to help you locate it or file a claim if possible.
