Refund policy

At Madisun Made, every piece is crafted and packaged with care. Because our items are handmade and affordably priced, all sales are final. We don’t currently accept returns or exchanges, but if something isn’t quite right with your order, we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us at madisunmade@gmail.com within 7 days if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Be sure to include your order number and a photo so we can help resolve the issue quickly. If approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Exceptions
Since our products are small, handmade items (like enamel pins and stickers), we’re unable to accept returns due to change of mind, size, or color preference.
We also can’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
